Average amount of work went into this page.  Probably finished it in about 4 hours or so.  Here we see Bink just talking and talking and leaving the dudes without answering Lou-Lou’s (originally Margie’s) question.  He noticed but.. you know.. what’re ya gonna do.    Bink’s a little pissed that her spur-of-the-moment shirt-switcheroo plan didn’t work out how she wanted but we’ll get more into that on the next page as she sulks about it.
